At Delaware Outlaws Softball, our mission is to foster the growth and development of young girls with all different backgrounds and skill levels into strong knowledgeable players through mechanics focused training, skill development, and scrimmage/game experience  at no cost to the families. 

Our vision is to provide a safe, positive, and accessible softball organization where girls can come to find their love for the game, develop their skills, and have opportunities to grow without having to worry about money, player favoritism, or unfair expectations.
